2. Description of Services

Snowball.club is a platform and browser extension designed to assist X/Twitter creators in growing their social audience. Our services are available to users who subscribe to one of our subscription plans.

3. Subscription and Ownership

When you subscribe to Snowball.club, you gain access to the level of services associated with your chosen subscription plan. Upon the termination or expiration of your subscription, you will lose access to the services. We offer a full refund within 7 days after the initial subscription date upon request. 5. Fair Use Policy

Users subscribed to the "Standard" or "Pro" plans are granted access to AI features which are described as "unlimited". However, this is subject to a fair use policy. "Unlimited" does not mean that users can use the AI features in an excessive manner beyond what is reasonably expected for individual use.
Snowball.club reserves the right to monitor the use of AI features by all users. If a user is found to be using the AI features excessively, in a way that could impact the quality of service for other users or result in disproportionate costs for Snowball.club, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently limit or suspend the user's access to these features.
Users who consistently use the AI features beyond what Snowball.club considers "fair use" will be contacted and may be asked to upgrade to a higher-tier plan or pay additional fees.
This fair use policy is implemented to ensure the best quality of service for all Snowball.club users and to maintain the sustainability of our platform. Users with concerns or questions regarding their usage patterns are encouraged to contact us at pl@snowball.club.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.

7. Updates to the Terms
